back home on leave.
did 900mg daily for about 4 weeks, stopped about 2 weeks before I got home.
2nd week into leave, and everything is...uh....functioning.
seen/heard people complain about libido issues, everyone that i have spoken with eprsonally after recommending it haven't had any issues.
everyone in 'my group' is 25-35, male, and generally speaking in darn good shape.

It effected mine for 2 weeks of a 4 week cycle. I dont believe 1-AD was less effective from a lifting standpoint. I'm 32 and was on a 4 week cycle with 2 pills 3 time daily for first week then 3 pills 3 time daily for the remaining 3 weeks
1-AD worked for me!
