field time in korea is obnoxiuos, and i frequently only have 2 weeks in garrison to work out before I gotta go play in the woods.

Any specific plusses/minuses to more frequent, shorter cycles, say 2 weeks at a time?

unrelated question on the same topic...

would it be better to take 1-ad on a bulk phase or a cut down phase? I'm starting my cut down phase on November 20th, and if I take 1-AD now, I don't want to lose all of my gains when I start cutting. Or if I take it during cutting, will I still get bigger?

As Patrick Arnold's new VP in charge of marketing here at Ergopharm, I'm only too happy to answer this question. During a 'bulking' phase, you should take one capsule of 1-AD six times per day, after meals. During a 'cutting' phase, to preserve and build on your hard earned muscle mass, you should take three capsules three times per day after meals. Finally, during your 'off' phase between heavy cycles, we here at Ergopharm advise you to take only one capsule of 1-AD three times per day with meals.

i've never even tried using 1-ad on a 'bulking' phase. I have always used it while dieting pretty strict, and I get bigger and stronger while getting leaner.

it's rather impressive like that
