Thanks, 75-95 sounds about right. Probably closer to 75 would work out better if I heed Keith's advice to go deep. I gather I should keep the reps pretty high still? I was doing 2 sets of 10.
Yup good advice. You'd be surprised how versatile just a good bench is. I just have a weight bench and it doubles as a power rack, so I can squat .... =P <
