I am a 22-years old male, 5'10 and weigh about 150 lbs. I am obviously pretty skinny and I want to build myself up. I currently have no weights, but I am able to purchase whatever is recommended to me (within reason).
I would like to build up my arms, stomach and chest - I have very little fat on any of these areas. I have put on a little muscle fairly quickly before when I had a physical job, but I've since lost that.
What should I purchase and what steps should I take to begin training in order to make myself musclier? What should I eat, and what type of weights should I use, what exercises and training should I do? How long will it take before I notice a difference?
Remember I am a beginner - Any advice will be appreciated...
