Hello All,
I have just got back into weight lifting (after many years away from it).
When I work my arms (Preachers Curls & EZ Curls), I expierence considerable tightness and pain the next 2-3 days. (during the workout, I don't seem to have any problems hitting my reps (normally working 75/18, 75/15,75/12). I normally work at allowing 45-60second break between sets.
After I finish my complete workout and I stretch allot and then do some jump roping as cardio.
Is there any supplements that would help me recover better after my workout? (since I am not having a problem with the weight or reps/sets etc..).

If you have the (extreme) pain, how can you go and do another days exercise and expect to do the same reps/weights?

I have found Siberian Ginseng helps a lot. A high potency multivite with loads of antioxidents couldn't hurt.
