If you want stamina then yes. I did 200 press ups every day during spec training in the army, t'was great

I wouldn't do them that frequently if you're using weights though. I was doing 10x30 with 10 kgs on my back, mon, tue, fri. I found that was overtraining a bit and have reduced to mon, fri with 15kgs. You wanna break a sweat try that
As a note, I found I had to keep doing them with weight to keep the mass, when I reduced to just normal pressups I actually lost some mass in my chest. Just something I found.
