Me being the lazy person I can some times be, without disagreeing with her, have found another way to avoid Plataeu as much as possible. I constantly change my workout. I am loyal only to my husband. Not to running or yoga or Pilate’s or intervals or swimming. I do them all. My body keeps on guessing and I avoid it setting into a routine or rut.

You should change your routines from time to time. Otherways you will end up stuck and depressed :)
