Hello Fellow Ironworkers,
Just wanted to say hello for the first time and to also say that I look forward to exchanging good info with all of you.
Now, about that training split. I'm getting back into the 'Iron Game' after an extensive layoff and currently only have Monday/Wednesday/Friday evenings to devote to the weights. So... what would be the best training split to get the best results?
What I am looking to do is add significant muscle bulk to my frame and burn away as much fat as possible (but not at the expense of loosing the hard earned bulk)
Any info would be greatly appreciated, Thank You,
