I've been going to the gym for about 7-8 months now and I've seen improvements all over apart from my arms which haven't developed much at all. Has anyone got any tips I could try to build them up. And how often should I work on them a week?
Any advice is well come.
Thanks all, J

It depends on what sort of arms you've now got and what your goals for yourself are. I started out with very skinny arms and, while they're still small by MFW standards, they're a whole lot bigger than they were. I do one-armed kettlebell military presses almost every day and they have been phenomenal for increasing my arm strength. I don't find the advice to work upper arm muscles once per week sound - perhaps larger muscles like legs and glutes but you ought to work your arms more often. If you want to get stronger and not just bigger, stay far from failure and work them every day with heavy, short sets.

Whats your routine and current physique?
I dont do arms specifically at the moment, just bench, pullups and deads, and eat a lot, and my arms have grown. Stomach also, but thats another issue..
