Hey..

I'm not overweight at all... I just have way above the average % of body fat... making me look flabby. I weight lift 3 times a week and run 3 times a week.

My question is.... is there something I'm doing wrong and also what supplements should I be taking and when? What should I take pre- workout? What should I take post-workout? What should I take everyday? Right now I just have a protein shake with whey after my workout... I am 17 and don't want to do any crap like Creatine... Just natural stuff like

I eat chicken alot... alot of tofu... try to keep away from too many carbs but I still get alot... I workout my pecs and shoulders monday.. tri's and bi's wednesday... legs and back friday.. I do interval's on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on the treadmill... 6 sprints for 30-40 seconds at 10MPH then a minute break at 4MPH...

Yes, you are eating too many calories. Go to www.fitday.com and set up and account. Aim to eat 10-12 x bodyweight (lbs) in calories daily, also make sure to get around 0.8 g of protein per lb. of bodyweight, and keep doing whatever else you're doing. Problem solved.

What the hell do you know about my diet? Yup.. didn't think. Oh yes... I'm sure you know more than my doctor about my caloric intake...

Uh, the only way a person gets too fat is - *lightbulb clicking on* too many calories in, not enough going out. Either you're eating too much, or not exercising enough. Supplements have nothing to do with it. It's about putting forth effort.

Perhaps you should spend some time here reading and learning that most people on MFW have a plethora of knowledge they'd love to pass on. But if you act like an immature punk and slam people you know nothing about, then I think you find yourself *not* getting the help you request.
