Is the BFL weights routine good enough for someone who wants to to the 12-week program along with a 12-week mild (deca, sustanon) steroid cycle???

Would 50 minutes in the gym every other day be adequate?

The BFL weights routine is called a half-pyramid (I think.) You can't call it BFL if you're doing steroids. It's like you just looked at the pictures in the book but didn't read any of it!
