im curious about cardio, i've chosen to do cardio every day to lean down a bit, im around 10-12 bf.. i know my strength will go down, but is strenght proportional to size? will my muscles start to look smaller? i take l-glutamine and alot of protein to spare muscles, i'm not sure how good that works when doing cardio every day

I'd incorporate resistance training as well on alternating days.

If your goal is to just lose weight, you could probably do it with cardio. However, you may end up looking like a smaller version of what you look like now.
