Core Exercises For The Fit
I have slipped a disk in my back again, which I am sure, anyone who has ever experienced this can tell you it sucks.
I have been looking for good exercises to ease into slowly and so some serious work on my core muscles. My whole body is pulled to one side and I look kind of strange…
There is know way I can do planks and so on, just thinking about it or looking at pictures of great plankers makes me go into spasms.
SmarterFitterBlog did a great post on core exercises but they are no doubt for painless backs and people very much in shape already.
And this - Well at this point - I can only name it my goal

Hang in there, Sue! I slipped a disk about 10 years ago and I know how painful and debilitating it can be. You’ll be back in the game in no time. I’d love to hear about any core exercises you come up with for beginners. That YouTube video is AWESOME though. I strive to be that agile. Good luck, and thank you for the link…
Thanks Monica.I actually think that slow yoga stretches and the glut bridge - but very very toned down that you have on your post are probably what I will begin with…
