If I am using creatine and getting regular muscle cramps every time i feel like stretching could it mean i am not getting enough fluids?

Very likely. You should be drinking a whole lot when you use creatine, like a gallon/day. If you're drinking a lot, you might also consider supplementing with Calcium/Potassium/ Magnesium, in case the cramps are from mineral deficiency (not at all uncommon).
Oh, one other thing: if you get cramps in the front of your lower leg (anterior tibialis), this is Not a Good Thing <tm>, and you should discontinue creatine immediately (and also discontinue exercise until the cramps are gone). IIRC, this is called anterior compartment syndrome (maybe someone will correct me on that), and it basically means the muscle has swollen larger than the space available for it. It's the only genuine risk I've heard of associated with proper use of creatine.

I've heard this before, and think it makes sense: if the shoulder muscles swell up from creatine/water, the whole shoulder capsule could be tighter.
