I am fairly fit, I cycle regularly and have been going to the gym for about 2 months (i did go regularly about 1.5 years ago).

My main fitness is cardio (I do 38 minutes including cooldown on a stepper or cross trainer) and usually do some leg exercise and stomach exercises.

I've recently started taking Creatine (yesterday infact) and doing some upper body training in order to define my frame a bit better.

Is creatine any good for this, or is it better for doing strenuous body building? Will it make a lot of difference to my recovery and energy levels?

What would you guys suggest for me to build my frame (arms, legs etc) Doing regular muscle work tends to make me ache for days on end, sometimes over a week.
