I've been using creatine for like a week now. The guys at the gym say that they've seen great gains, especially for their power curls. However, I've just been really thirsty?

Also, it pisses me off to no end to see those stupid fat-thighed guys doing that one vertical leg-press exercise in the bicep curl area. Anyone else notice this?

* yeh when you take creatine you have to drink water as much as you possibly can. basically creatine pulls more and more water into your muscles which allows them to get more protein synthesis. if you dont drink enough you will get really dehydrated and can possibly get stomach cramps and get sick.. drink water, its that simple!
