Cretine poweder vs micronized creatine powder

Has anybody tried the micronized powder yet? Is it that much better than regular powder?

What brand of creatine is efveryone using? VitaminShoppe is selling 1000 gram creatine powder by Bodytech for around 25 dollars. Is that good? Anyone?

I prefer micronized creatinel. It's easier to stir with a spoon into water or juice. That's pretty much the only difference between micronized and regular.

As long as its 100% pure creatine monohydrate, it's ok. That's a decent price for one kilo.

The actual benefit of creatine is so tiny that it is essentially ineffective. If you are buying ANY creatine you are a VERY stupid person. I feel sorry for you.
