Back on the six pack track again, This time with a completely new (to me) theory that claims that everyone has a six pack, and in order for it to be visible one needs to deal with the excess tummy fat.
I am not a trained proffesional in sports or fitness, just your regular gal, trying to keep fit, so anything that I say, has no real base except for my personal understanding and logic.
I know that our stomach muscles are built from two muscles that run from top to bottom and some others that run from side to side.
I know that when you are pregnant - the vertical muscles distance themselves from each other to make room for the pregnancy, thus stretching. For them to return to their original state, you had to have had pretty Strong muscles to begin with, and have to help them on their way after you give birth.
I agree that fat accumulation can be in the way of seeing the six pack, but I find it hard to believe that without being strong, the muscles would hold a six pack.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this.

Hey Sue! The whole sixpack thing can be really confusing. This article kind of helps to clear it up a bit - it shows a picture of the world champion of situps - believe it or not, his sixpack is less than impressive!
