I've been weight training for 3 months now and have noticed in the past 2 weeks my sleep is vastly improved. I'm falling asleep more quickly and not waking several times during the night. The only thing that has changed that I can think of is the added weight training. I haven't been doing regular CV. I associate CV with improved sleep but have never heard of improved sleep being linked to weight training? Does anyone know? Beverly

Speak for yourself. I always sleep terribly, working out or not.

Cheers, Nina Always awake....always....
