Being quite skeptical about all of Biotest's products, I recently decided to put Hot Rox through a test run. I got it pretty cheap and thought, 'what the hell'. So here is my first week report.
First, background... 5' 4' male, 160 lbs... BF ~10% Training experience: 3 years. Training... coming off an HST cycle about 2 months ago, now doing a higher rep ho-hum routine, focusing on cutting. 20 minutes of HIIT cardio every other day. Nutrition: 1500-1800 total cals, TKD with a moderate carb refeed on Sundays
One week Report... Scale loss: 1 lb. (fine) Observations: Muscles definitely look more full despite the partial depletion of glyco due to the low-carb TKD (carbs range around 50-60 grams/day). Vascularity is good. Strength/Endurance throughout workout- no noticeable differences since starting the product. Sides... don't know if it's the product or not, but I'm experiencing a burning sensation in the hands which although not painful, has been somewhat of a distraction in my workouts. I sent an email to Biotest about this and to whether there have been any reported burning sensations in the extremities. Mood/Appetite/Energy throughout the day... no noticeable changes.
