exercise Do you know these days when you are really edgy, energized, tired, nervous… Well most days you just know what your practicing routine is and go about it as on every other days. But there are days when your mood shouts for consideration. Rob Parr wrote an interesting post on the subject allowing you to follow your mood without giving up and staying in front of the TV on the unmotivated days. As with anything else in life balance is the key, there are days for Yoga and days for running and if you plan you schedule in the right way you’ll be able to have very good practices of all kinds without fighting against yourself too much.
