One must ask, 'Why do you want to increase your running stride?'

Form running where you pick up the knees and bring the shins back all the way then forward. Hard to explain.

Running sprints up a slight incline will make you increase stride length. Run back down the incline to work on increase stride speed.

Work on flexibility too.
