This is a Cardio Body weight interval training workout, that needs absolutely no equipment.

Watch out Lower back pain people, it seems to not be the right work out for you, but other than that - it is a total 2 birds with one stone workout - intense cardio and strength training in one.

This is a Turbulence Training workout.

I had my Vo2 measured and was told not to go above my lactate threshold for more than 3-5 minutes in any workout- and that I should only do brief bursts of HIIT. I was told that I was burning my muscle away (I had been losing muscle on subsequent hydrostatic bodyfat testings).
    If that’s the case, then it seems that 15 minutes way above the lactate threshold would be bad for muscle building. Have you heard of this sort of thing before?
