Is fruit fattening if you eat too much of eat. I have 2 apples, 2 pears, Mandorin, half a pineapple and a whole lot of grapes a day could I get fat from eating all this.

Calories are potentially fattening. Fruit contains calories, therefore fruit is potentially fattening. Most fruits contain more dietary fiber than, say, a candy bar of equal calories and thus are likely to be a little less fattening than their plastic-wrapped alternatives.

That much fruit would leave me sitting on the toilet all day. Since sitting on the toilet all day isn't conducive to eating, it might be a good diet plan.

If it brings you over maintenance Calories or it causes you to be hungry (and you eat too much other stuff) then yes it is. Also depending on what kind of fruit and quantity at a given time you may not be able to handle all the fructose. The excess goes to fat. Note with fruit juice it is very easy for the Calories to add up. At least it is for me. Although half a pineapple and all that other stuff probably adds up anyway
