thanks again for all the recommendations...

are the GNC products and products they sale any good?

it would be much easier for me to purchase protein and creatine through them, like going to the mall, rather than waiting and shipping it through the mail...does anyone know any good protein powders or creatine they sale?

thanks again

Reasonably priced shrink-wraps include Prolab, Optimum Nutrition and EAS. A good online mail-order source is protein factory http://www.proteinfactory.com

GNC's products are way overpriced.

I use the GNC Mega Whey. I like it and GNC has good prices. During the first week of a month a person will get 20% off with a Gold Card. Combine that with the buy one get the next one half off deal it make for a good sale price.

Good point. If you go by their regular retail prices GNC is expensive but their discounts make them pretty competitive. Sometimes a local store will have a 25 or 30% discount promotion. As far as the quality of their brand names I have not seen any comparisons.

2 websites I used in the past www.bodybuilding.com (same prices as hardbodiessupplements.com) and www.supplementcentral (lower prices than the above mentioned websites).

Anyone has a good site to recommend?
