AM Workout

Warm-up

RPE ­ 2.5 Duration 55 minutes (pushed myself though it nice, but didn¹t have a whole pile of energy. I was looking for excuses to quit squatting or lower the weight, but didn¹t.)

Keith, a simple solution would be to post the first workout of the week as a new thread (entitled 'week of...' then post the other workouts as _replies_ to the first message. That way, anyone who wants to can still see the whole thing but anyone who doesn't has only 1 thread to ignore instead of 7.

I guess how much this changes what it looks like depends on your newsreader but, for me, it would be better because I could easily take in an entire week to get a sense of what days were hard, which were easier, etc.

Personally, I can't say I look at every one in detail but I am glad you're posting them. You're a successful competitive lifter and it's always interesting to hear how someone who can move big iron gets there.
