What is the result if you are not getting sufficient nutrients when lifting. For example, if you do not get, in my case, 165 grams of protein a day what happens to the body if it is pushed in the ways lifting do.
Another example would be a maintence level diet during a highly intensive routine like say a korte 3x3. What effects would the body see? Would there be strenght gains? Weight Loss? Muscle atrophy?

you're being far too vague and not supplying enough information
for a beginner to weight training, you can, oddly enough, get away with undereating and still gain strength
if you're a skinny dude, that won't last long
if you're a chubby dude, that can go on for quite some time
there are so many more factors involved, you just can't make blanket statements without more info

Eventually, if you continue to weight train, and you do not give your body the fuel it needs, you will not get the results you want. If you put 87 octane in a race car, it might run, but it won't win any races.
