Thanks to all, but I know of the HealthFor Life website, and have checked it out. My (original) post was a request for info/testimonials regarding the Legendary Abs program. If you've used it - successfully or unsuccessfully - I'd like to know about it.

I ordered a few courses from Health For Life last year. 3-4 months later and lots of phone calls and emails later nothing. On the phone I kept getting told everytime that they had dispatched the stuff. Eventually I just had to claim the money back from my credit card company. Never got replies to my emails either....

If you are looking for bad service and possibility of getting nothing then sure go ahead and place your order.

I heard that Health for life are renowned for incredibly bad service.

You will eventually get your stuff. But people have been known to wait for a year to get what they ordered. I have been very lucky. I got everything I ordered within 4 months on three separate occasions, For this company, this is actually considerd to be good service.

Some folks have taken to copying his publications and passing thm around as a public service. NOT ME!! But it happens. Never understood why Jerry Robinson runs his compnay this way.

Mike, I tried the Legendary Abs program about 15 years ago. It just gave me a severe back strain. The exercises aren't anything special. There are no miracle exercises or programs. If they're were, we'd all look like Schwarzenegger.

I bought the Legendary Abs book yrs ago and still have it. If your work yourself the way the book instructs, you will see amazing results. I recommend it for anyone that is serious about slimming their midsection and really firming up.

I've used it and yes it works. I had pretty good abs to start with but the workout helped refine and define them quite a bit. It's hard to believe a very short workout would do as much as it does.

It works; but, like anything, one wants to continue working out. I stopped when I got married. I lost the book I once purchased a long time ago. I have a strong abdomen, it is just shrouded in a layer of insulation at the moment.

One should combine the workout with eggplant extracts for muscle building.

I used it a long time ago. It's the toughest workout I've ever done, and yes it DOES work!
