I am trying to loose fat (~20lbs) and build muscle. I lift and do about 45-60 minutes of aerobic exercise. I noticed when I do the aerobic part last I loose my muscle pump when I am done. Does that matter if I am trying to increase my muscle mass? Or should I do the aerobic part first?

Do what matters to you most first. If your focus is on your lifting, lift first, lift heavy, lift hard, then do some aerobics but do less than you're now doing - 20-30 minutes should be fine.

Concentrate more on diet, less on aerobics, and maybe more on lifting.

Hey Steve,

Who is that guy staring at you over the fence in your front squat video? Does he get any royalties for his cameot?

It's his neighbor. If you look closely, I think you can see that he's fondling himself.

The father/grandfather of the people who live next door, in for a visit. He is a former national fencing champion of Romania half a century ago. Someone else thought it was pretty funny that the fencing champion was looking over the fence.

No royalties for him, none for me, either.
