I'm working on re-vamping my training protocol using some of the info thats been posted by Keith. Specifically:

WRT load, is there any information available that suggests a weekly rep range<->load measurement for lifters at various levels (beginner, intermed, etc)? I understand that, like most things, it depends on a bunch of variables. A generalization would be just fine.

Naw, that'd be an insult Theres a bakery here in NEPA that makes some *real* doughnuts. Have a couple and you'll feel like you've eaten 5 lbs of mashed potoatoes.
