I'm from Croatia and i want to start cutting. Can someone help me with workout, diet and what about HOT-ROX from BIOTEST or is there any other supplement that i can use for maximal muscle cutting.....summer is near, you know

I'm not begginer, 180 cm height, 83 kg weight and please help me

Cardio: 4x per week (3 H.I.I.T.; 1 low intensity session) Diet: 2000-2200 cals (<200gm carbs; High Protein)....carb up every 5 or so days

That's all there is to it...if really fanatical, once you hit about 8 %BF, you can start using YohimburnDF to really bring out the abs...
