Hey all,

My name is Svetlin. I am working out for about four months now but gained only 4 pounds on my skinny body of 127lbs with a height of 5'10''. My fitness instructure adviced me on getting a supplement to build some mass so I could eventually build some bigger muscle, hide the boned , and get to what I want - 140/150lbs.

He advised me on Muscle Maxx. I bought one from the local store. It really looks great but I would like to ask you what you think about this product and is this the step I need to make in order to gain some muscle and pounds.

Thank you!

Svetlin

P.S On the pack it says 120gm (3 scoops) but it is not written how many times per day or per week or whatever. Can anyone tell what his Muscle Maxx dossage was?

The problem with weight-gain powders is that they're expensive for their nutritional value. They can be a convenient way of supplementing your diet, but for you I'd recommend a see-food diet: when you see food, eat it. I can tell from your post that you used both hands to type it: this is unacceptable. You should always have food (or a drink) in one hand, rendering your typing arduous and inaccurate. Make sure you get 120-150 grams of protein per day, but other than that, JUST EAT!

Best of luck.
