Boy do I feel like a pill-popper now !!!

It seems my daily supplements are adding up quicker than I realized. Here is my daily supplements that I am currently taking. As you will see, I am in a cutting phase right now, trying to cut some of the fat off before I go back into bulking in a few months. I would REALLY appreciate your advice and comments on the following list of my daily supplements. How would you adjust this regimen?

Mega Men Multivitamin - 2 tablets Ginkgo Biloba - 50 mg Gotu Kola Herb - 250 mg Siberian Ginseng - 150 mg Korean Ginseng - 500 mg Yohimbe Bark Extract - 800 mg Chromium Picolinate - 400 mcg Coors Light - 16 oz.

Toss all of it except the multivitamin and switch to real Caffeine and Ephedrine, obtainable on line any number of places.

Save the beer for your cheat day.
