Nuts

I have been running around like a mad person in a rat race over the passed couple of weeks and haven’t had time to eat properly. Instead of snacking on junk, which is the easiest in situations like this, I get myself some nuts to carry around for different occasions. I love nuts and seeds.

For example, If I am in a great rush and have a long drive, to keep myself within the speed limit, I always take along some sunflower seeds (in there shells)… eating them is calming and methodical, taking the extra tension out of the driving and re channeling it into skillful manipulation of the seed in my mouth to deshell it.

Pistachio’s  are also great, favorites, and are good for your vision. (maybe if you eat enough pistachio and carrots you will develop night vision, LoL). Anyway, Mark wrote a great post about nuts and their benefits. check it out.

    Nuts are great source of good fattys! I consume about 200gr of nuts every day, it keeps me stary lean and healthy ;)
