'the safest and most effective way'? What is that, and if you actually know, why haven't you published?

Variety you can better decide on for yourself.

Encouragement comes even better from random people who notice the change. Someone getting paid to say 'good workout' isn't nearly as encouraging as a random cow-orker noting you look good (or babes paying more attention to you when you want it, etc.) That also provides better motivation.

You got paid a lot by fools?

By magic, over the Internet.

By webcam?

Wow, that's a benefit of a personal trainer.
