When I do flat flys, my shoulders pop. It hurts a little bit, but is bearable. Should I be concerned?

Also, when doing tricep extensions, my left elbow pops on the inside. It hurts, but is not so bad that I have to stop.Which muscles do I work to stop this? How can I target them? Should I be concerned?
