What are you're views on using power plates for exercising muscles?

They claim that 3x12 minute sessions a week burns more fat and makes more muscle than 3.5 hours of conventional training.

I'm not advertising it. I'm informing about what it 'claims'. I'm wondering if anyone else has used them and if they think they are worth using?

I'm wondering if anyone has benefitted from using one.

Do you have a problem? I was asking a legitimate question. I expected a legitimate answer. Not much to ask is it? I don't expect it to make me look like Arnie, but wanted to know how effective they are over a period time (say
