Allright i'm going to try this routine for a month. Someone recommended this routine for me for 3x a week.

Clean and Press 1x20 DB swings 1x15 Overhead Squats 1x20 Db Swings 1x15 Turkish Get ups 1x10 Db Swings 1x15 Db Snatches 1x30

All I have are dumbells and a curl bar. What's the proper way to do all of these exercises? I know how to do the squats but the others i'm a bit unfamiliar with.

Also the repetitions appear to be a bit high. How many should I do with each arm and how should I structure this so I work out both arms?

An additional question, for switching the arm would it be better to alternate arms during the reps or wait until the midpoint of the entire routine before switching arms?

Someone from a different forum recommended it. A martial arts forum more specifically. I thought i'd get some other opinions on it.

I trust it in as much as I trust any advice on the internet, which means i'd like to check it out first with several difference souces to make sure it's at least consistent with what I need. I notice most lifters have varying opinions and it's good to get a general
