Hai all, I heard that regaining lost lean muscle through weight training is possible.I accept i put my self in crash dieting and almost 60% of my lean body mass.My hands(around fingers) look wrinkled when i stay more time in air conditioned places and during night sleep. If i start to weight training will i able to get back all the lean muscle which i lost in my hand ,legs ,chest and all over the body or i will get muscle only at those places where i train the muscle. Please help!.

Working a muscle is the only way to make it get bigger. If you work your legs, your arms are not going to get bigger.

Actually that's debateable. My understanding is squats increase testosterone which results in getting bigger all over.
