i have been going to the gym from past 3 years but have not been able to develop good chest muscles.
i'm not fat and weigh correctly according to my height,
i benchpress 40kgs and more i benchpress my chest goes on becoming fluffy.
i am not taking any supplements and is a vegetarian.
please help by guiding me through proper diet and exercise schedules

Foster, after 3 years no improvement? That's indeed very strange.

In an article about hypertrophy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muscle_hypertrophy you might find what you are perhaps doing wrong?
