Jacks, there are all sort of night time proteins. Basically that means proteins that are not Whey. If they are Whey, then Whey is not the only protein. So what I'm saying is night time proteins are usually proteins with Whey, Egg Albumin, and Calcium Caseinate. Taking just Whey at night, it will be used up within 3 to 4 hours of your sleep then the muscle would being to break down. Try Egg, and Milk sources, or Egg and Milk along with Whey. And you be be buildig muscle through the entire night.
