and i would disagree with the general consensus. i think most sets should be less than 15, but that occasional work of higher than that would be beneficial.

i cant seem to get my shoulders sore after 12 good sets of shoulder stuff..i do 10 reps of 100(the max) on the lateral raise machine, with dumbells and i cant go up any more weight without compromisin...
