I decided to start playing with the routine at

What are 'Squats 'Scissors?'' Lunges?
Is there a critical difference between his 'Good Morning' and an SLDL? Or does he mean the 'yes/no' style 'Good Morning?'
How long between sets? At forty sets, I could be in the damn gym forever if I'm supposed to wait longer than 60-90 seconds between. And unfortunately, the alternative is to cut some stuff out of the routine, which I'd rather not do.
And has anyone ever tried alternating a straight PL routine like this with an OL routine, say 2 months of one and 2 months of the other, in order to maintain speed? Any suggestions for how to do that?
