Someone told me today that squating is the best exersise for testasterone production does anyone know anything about this? I think maybe someone was pulling my leg. Never Forgive, Never Forget

Testosterone levels generally increase when lifting. Squatting uses a lot of large muscles and therefore increases testosterone more than say, bicep
