I don't think that establishes much. I'm sure Sockpuppet Roger would argue that whey powder is 'food,' unlike the evil creatine.

Actually I agree mostly with that post. Most supplements *ARE* crap. Most of the few that do are really 'drugs' that because of a loophole in the law, are classified as dietary supplements. Ephedra and pro hormones come to mind. Hell, DHEA use to be a prescription drug. Did it magically stop working when it was reclassified as a dietary

Look at some of Roger's posts when he first started coming under fire for being a whiny little bitch. That type of hyperbole was common.
