
A lot has been said here and elsewhere about fitness gadgets and how necessary or even efficient they are. I can live without most of them, for the most part, but I also believe in adding interest and challenges and changing the way I work out every now and again just to keep my body guessing and my mind interested.
Fit Bottomed Girls did a really positive review for The Wave which seems like a really simple but multi functional piece of equipment that would be nice to add to a workout schedule.
If you do like variety, and like me, tend to do most of your workouts at home alone, check out their review, maybe you will be tempted to get one for your self.
