You are on a 'cutting cycle' and aren't doing any exercise? And complaining about rapid LBM loss? Sheesh.

Anyways, you didn't lose 10 pounds of muscle in three weeks. Your muscles are losing some water and glycogen because 1) You're not eating enough and 2) You're not using them.

The good news is that if you pick up with the training routine again and eat more, you'll get right back in no time. Low-carbers often experience this when preparing for a show or the like. You look like shit while low- carbing, but then look fine again after bringing the carbs back in.

Eating carbs and protein *and* exercising. There's no point in storing all that potential energy inside muscles if it's not going to be used, is it? (body's point of view)
