Could someone recommend an exercise that really promotes growth in the upper inner chest? My lower outer chest is really big compared to the upper inner part.

I've been doing incline bench, seems to be helping a little.

Also, I stopped doing flat bench about 4 months ago in favor of incline bench. I tried doing flat bench yesterday. Ow. Seemed to put a lot more stress on my shoulders. Plus, it was actually *harder* to lift as much on the flat as it is on the incline. Which seems odd.

Mostly everything Ive read seems to say it is hard to really concentrate on a particular chest area but Ive found playing around with cable crossovers can target those regions. Good for the rotators too.

Have you ever tried Push-ups with Feet inclined on a foldable Chair? I feel that this does something for my upper chest, even though it is not a great muscle mass builder.

Too bad for your genetics huh? You can't work part of your muscle.

You can't work a _part_ of a muscle. So your shape in terms of a muscle like the pecs (not size) is determined genetically.
