i want to build my upper back, i see many bodybuilders with huge wide upper backs what exercises give that look and hit the rhomboids,traps middle and lower? can anyone help me out.

Do incline shrugs (facedown on a 30 degree bench, grab DB's off floor, contract upper back). Also, DB rows.

Bent over rows and similar row exercises. Do pulldowns or pull ups as well.

For me, DEADLIFTS, bent over barbell rows, some form of lat pulldowns, I personally prefer the wide grip and rev grips.
