Okay, I'm getting good with the diet, the weights, and the cardio. The only thing I feel like I'm really missing is flexibility.

I'm horribly inflexible. I pulled a hip flexor somewhere deep about two years ago, and I've never fully gotten that flexibility back. It's made for some weak (well, timid) squats, because if I have re-pulled it several times trying to rehab it. One step forward, one step back.

I have the Stretching Scientifically book, which I like, but I have a hard time doing the recommendations on my own. If possible, I'd like to get a video I can pop in and prompt me to do it.

Is Tom Kurtz's 'Secrets of Stretching' worth getting for this? Or is there a another good recommendation?
